1. No Refunds After Download

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products (source codes, PDFs, course materials, or any downloadable files), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Once you download or access the product, you waive your right to a refund.

  • The digital product is considered "used" at the moment of download.

2. Exceptions (When Refunds May Be Considered)

We only offer refunds in the following exceptional circumstances, provided that the product has NOT been downloaded or accessed:

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (only under the conditions listed above), you must:

  2. Include your Order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).

  3. Provide a clear explanation of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will automatically be denied in the following situations:

  • ❌ You have downloaded or accessed the product (even partially).

  • ❌ You changed your mind after purchase.

  • ❌ You do not have the required technical skills to use the product.

  • ❌ You canceled your project or no longer need the product.

  • ❌ The request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

  • ❌ You did not contact us before downloading to verify compatibility.

5. Paddle as Merchant of Record

We use Paddle.com as our payment processor and Merchant of Record. All transactions are handled by Paddle, and refund requests are subject to Paddle's review in accordance with their policies.

  • Refund requests may be submitted directly to Paddle at paddle.net/help.

  • Paddle reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • For purchases under $400, Paddle may automatically approve refunds if they meet their criteria .
